Hey There,

Is it possible for you guys to upload the GalCiv 2 Manual while we are waiting for the release date? That way we can read and re-read it until we are completely familiar with the rules before the 21st.

The Beta manual was up a few nights ago. I recall since I read it and kept a copy on my desktop. It has since been removed.
