Can't registration my game...

I bought gal2 ulimate Edition in Thailand .It's not for sale outside thailand box .it comes with 1 DVD . my game version is 1.97 twighligh of arnor . I am looking for game updating .

When i clicked update , the Impaulse is launched but it's showed "this version of impaluse is outdate , u need an update"

When i clicked at "my game " in an outdate impaulse , it say "your ultimate gaming launchpad ,no Cd ,no hassel , no nonsence "

I has download stardock central ," but an update list is empty and installed software is empty also.

I tried downloading gamestop app. it shows an update version 2.04.19 of gal2 ultimate . When i clicked update game .

it say " You haven't enter product code . Registration is required to download ".

but I already enter serial code in the game . What I need to do?

I read some old topic and go to registration here https://www.stardock.com/accounts/register

However , I can't registration . It says "Error , the enter serial is not valid".

I correctly selected "galciv2 - ultimateEdition " and my username is "happyreadygo@gmail.com"

and serial in the game box. it's not working.
