Can someone enlighten me on the way to build Starbases. I have managed to build one on top of a resource, but cannot now upgrade it by moving another constructor to it. How big is a parsec in the game? The construct button does not light up anywhere I stop with a constructor ship.
It should work, best I can tell based on your description.
The only explanation that I can think of is that you did not actually put the constructor module on the ship.
(I confess to a similar mistake once in a while with survey ships, when I added a sensor module or something instead of the survey one.)
Depending on the stage of the game, you may have no upgrade options available. Only thing I can think of.
It was not an ascension resource, was it?
Strange, even if there are four starbases already, the contruct option should be available.
