Hunting down agents?

Is there any way to find who sent an agent or did an action?

I'm playing a game right now where tons of my stuff has gotten locked down, two races mentioned they were paid to go to war against me, and other things like that.. how would I find out who did it so I can attack them?

I trained spies and can take away locks on planets, or place them on planets, but I haven't found any targeted civilization-wide options.

Unfortunately, there's no way to find out who enemy agents work for without using cheats. And there's no way at all to figure out who bribed wars, though 9 out of 10 times it will have been the Drath.

Drath, the sneaky devils in any game.

I hate them.

When you bring down a civ, do its agents go away?
