no updates

i have the gc2 ultimate edition on cd in the uk, just installed and registered but i cant get it to update. choosing the update option from the main menu just sends me here....and i cant actually find any updates here. reading down the page it mentions impulse, go there and no updates either, unless you purchase from them......erm...why doesnt it just automatically update.....

oh and stardock doesnt work either.

To update, you need to use the Impulse application and register the game to your Impulse account; you do not update via the website, nor do you need to repurchase the game.
