Hello Doc,
yes, there is. Click on the MetaVerse-button to the left, then in the next screen hover over "Account" and select "Edit my characters". This let's you delete characters as well. Ususally this is done to get a clean character - as the MV will degrade your score with every submitted game.
However, I see you've not submitted any score (yet), you can therefore also only manage them, that is, change their names/pics etc. You can do this in the same screen.
