Problem add Charakter

so, i´m new at Metaverse. So the game says is should add an Charakter to my Account... but if i press the Button Add Charakter (with Name and Serial of the Game) a message : proccesing Data never ends ? what can i do?

 

need really help...... so i cant play in the metaverse because i cant create an Charakter....

You are right, it is not accepting my character either. Some problem with the MV servers

I know they were rebuilding the mV server recently, but I thought they had finished.

Hey,

I have te same issue here, can't create a character for the metaverse and since the last post here is already 3 days ago i thought i would ask what is going on.

I bought the more expensive digital download so i could be able to game with my bro this evening, should be clear that this is a big disappointment to find the innerworkings of this metaverse are not up and running.

I hope to get a informative post on this about what i can expect for my last days of from work.

I am having the same problem. I am told that Stardock is aware of the problem and should hopefully be fixing it soon.

Same problem persists.  Dont see a reply from moderators.  Will try a couple of other spots but have to admit that this is really turning me off to this game.  It has been a long time since I have seen a game with directions and feed back this criptic.  Feel like I am playing Xork, just trying to make a charactor.

pretty much the same with me but with the serial code.. have an empire and everything.. but it wont let me make a char with my serial code
