Hiyas, so at last I went about getting my galactic civ registered and patched and what not and I wanted to be able to earn those oh so wonderful metaverse awards.

Turns out I had to make a character first. Check I think thats done. Problem is anytime I try to link a file for the "Character logo" so that my character has a pic I get a "Processing Data" pop up that wont go away unless I close the window. Of course because i closed it, the picture never goes up.

Now I see the part about image max size of 128x128 and it must be a jpg or png. my image is 127x112 and is in jpg format so it should work for there. I tried a 100x88 version as well just to make sure it was small enough, but still no go. I've tried uploading it both in internet explorer and in firefox but they both share the same problem.

I was wondering if anyone might have some ideas for how I might go about resolving my problem?
