Trouble viewing Journals

Can't go through archive

So when I try to look at the Journals page of the site, I find two strange occurances.

1. The 'Galactic Civilizations 2: Dread Lords Journals' bar on the top of the page is blurred and split (directly below the title there is another title.

2. In the past, I was able to scroll through the various journal pages to view archived ones. But I can't anymore, because there's no longer a bar at the bottom of the page to go to past/future pages.

Was this changed in a forum upgrade? Is it just a bug on my web browser? Or is it a bug on the site?

The first issue sounds like a browser bug. If you want to look through all the past journals, the easiest way to do that is to look at them via the forums.
