Hi i would like to ask what is most effective way of using the bonus tiles on planets.

I dont know much about game mechanism so i would give an example.

e.g.:

You have planet with 300% manufacturing bonus. What is better build some factory or some power plant?

Sry if my english is too poor, i hope its understandable.

Thanks in advance for any reply.

Build something which grants a straight increase in points rather than a percentage.  Buildings which give percentage improvements are unaffected by tile bonuses, except Morale/Influence.  There aren't any bonus tiles for Economic.

To make that more obvious:

For manufacturing bonuses, use factories. Power plants and your manufacturing capitol gain NO benefit from these tiles.

The same goes for research. Build labs on the bonus; tech capitol and research coordination centers gain NO bonus.

Build farms on food bonus tiles, but be careful. Morale on the planet is linked to population, and it is very difficult to support more than ~20 billion people per planet. Avoid the 300% bonuses, they often cause overpopulation problems.

Morale and influence bonuses can be used for any building that gives a percent bonus TO THAT PLANET. Things like trade goods (harmony crystals, etc) or the Restaurant of Eternity that give bonuses to your entire empire do NOT gain any benefit from the bonus.

Bleh.  So what if you have one planet at 39% morale.  Take the bonuses.

So how about the Restaurant galactic achievement -- is it enhanced by building it on an influence bonus?

It's a civ-level bonus, so no.
