Hello,

when i try downloading the latest update for gal civ 2, the download never starts.  it says bulding files then it says download starting but i dont receive any data.  i have tried emailing support but only get a link to a page i do not have permission to access.  can someone please help me out, my game freezes everytime i play at the same turn and i can never finish a game, thank you.
