Buying Galactic Civilizations 2 Twilight of Arnor

I'm a big fan of Galactic Civilizations 2 and I'd like to get the Twilight of Arnor but it's only a downloadable game.
How am I to buy it if I don't have a credit card? would sending them a check work or are they going to put it in stores?
