Directions to post a savegame file bug

I have a "bug" thats happened about 4 times now and I got a game saved on the exact turn it occurs. ALL my ships, when I try to move them, say they are out of range and must return to friendly space. Even the ones in orbit around my planets. They have full movement points, but they wont move...anywhere...even if I try to send them somewhere I don't want them to go, there is no "friendly space" anywhere on the map.

How do I go about posting/emailing the file so you can see it for yourself? Or do I just need to copy/paste the debug.err thing?

Yeah, you're right.  Those are the stickies located at Home->GalCivII->Bug Reports.  The one I pointed you to is located at Home->GalCivII.

At any rate, I'm glad it was helpful.  Cari put a lot of info in that post, so I thought it better to link you to it rather than try to reiterate it for you myself.
