Space Miner pathfinding bug - orbits planet

New TA Yor game, very early in the colony rush. My Space Miner finishes building the three mining bases closest to my home planet, then it scoots off for the next closest asteroid field. However, as it happened, the next field was directly opposite the home planet, directly in the pathway. When it started heading there, I could see the autopilot path bending around the planet. But it didn't do that; it went into orbit around Iconia instead.

It took a few turns to notice that ("Hey, who stole my Space Miner?!") since it just disappeared from the galaxy map. I had it on automated mining, I wasn't manually clicking a path. Launching it from orbit started it towards the new asteroid field. Looks like the pathfinding bugs aren't completely ironed out.

Do you have a saved game with that map?  It doesn't have to reproduce the problem.  (If it does, that's even better)  I just need to see the setup of all the tiles in the map.  Please let me know which tile the ship was on and where it was heading.  I should be able to set up a test case.

Just zip your save and send it to [email protected].  Thanks.

I don't have a saved game, but I did take a screen shot just after I launched the miner from orbit to kickstart it back on auto-mining. It shows the direct path from the previous asteroids to the new one, with the planet in the way. Should be easy to set up a test like this.

Emailing it off now...
