QUESTION-----is modding aspects of the UFP possible?

I noticed there are absolutely zero UFP mods in the Library.

Is it possible to mod the UFP?

Like mod:
1. reversing a law?
2. creating absolutely new laws? with any in-game effect?
3. creating new roles, like President, Treasurer, VP?

There is TOV's UP and starbase mod you could try.

Sorry, not possible. Some of the laws do expire after a while though.

2. creating absolutely new laws? with any in-game effect?

That can be done. See the stickied Modding Guide.

3. creating new roles, like President, Treasurer, VP?

Sorry, but that also can't be done.
