Drengin Federation

Shape Shifters?

Not really a bug, but I find in odd that the Drengin Federation leader (I wiped them out before getting the name) is a completely different species than Lord Kona of the Drengin Empire.

Come to think of it this happened before with the Torians as well.

Love the event though. Lots of undefended planets ripe for the taking.

Still typically the Federation has good soldiering score so the grond work can be costly. I like to capture planets pretty much intact.
